Daylight House

Daylight at Southscape offers an inspired, integrated net zero design, constructed to reduce overall energy requirements and home ownership costs. Incorporating the most cost-effective options for reaching net zero, including advanced framing methods, triple-pane glass, cold climate heating pumps and energy recovery ventilation systems, the Daylight plan delivers on comfort and financial well being. It’s all about performance, and the resulting lower cost of energy and home maintenance. The Daylight first floor is 1384 square feet. Add a finished second floor optional upgrade for a total of 2309 square feet.

Prudent Living, Inc. provides customers with energy-efficient architectural design, green strategies for home building and renovation, and renewable alternatives such as solar and geothermal. The company was started in 2009 by Biebel Builders, quality home and commercial builders in Windsor, VT. The companies have built hundreds of homes in the Upper Valley Region of Vermont and New Hampshire. They offer a team of building energy practitioners individually certified in the science of whole house performance through the Building Performance Institute (BPI).
